Li Keqiang said that the sixth '1 + 6' round table dialogue held not long ago was frank and fruitful. We have just held a central economic work conference. As the world's largest developing country, China's economic work next year will adhere to the principle of stability and seek progress while maintaining stability. In the face of new downward pressure, we will put steady growth in a more prominent position, coordinate steady growth, adjust structure and promote reform. We should not only strengthen our confidence, but also face up to difficulties and take effective measures to deal with them. Macro policies should be stable and effective, active fiscal policies should improve efficiency, and pay more attention to accuracy and sustainability. Prudent monetary policy should be flexible and appropriate, and maintain reasonable and abundant liquidity. At the same time, we will continue to implement macro policies around the needs of market subjects, constantly stimulate market vitality and endogenous driving force for development, adopt market-oriented and legalized methods, and increase financial policy support for small, medium-sized and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households with large volume and wide range and supporting a large number of employment, so as to enhance the resilience and confidence of China's economy. We have the ability to achieve the main objectives and tasks of the year.


Li Keqiang pointed out that the world bank is an important multilateral institution to promote global development, and the relationship between China and the world bank has developed continuously and healthily. We are willing to maintain close cooperation with the world bank in terms of capital and knowledge and take practical actions to support multilateralism and global development. China supports the 20th capital increase negotiation of the International Development Association and will play a more active and constructive role.


Marpas expressed his pleasure to attend the sixth '1 + 6' round table dialogue held last week and spoke positively of China's stable economic development. The world bank has long had good cooperation with China, and looks forward to continuing sustainable cooperation and strengthening partnership with China in many fields such as loans, poverty reduction and climate change.
